Funding Command 1.3.20 — High-contrast footer logo

The institutional footer now uses a dedicated inverse Funding Command logo with white and light-blue typography so the brand remains fully legible on the dark navy footer surface.

• A dedicated inverse Funding Command growth-logo asset is now used on dark surfaces.
• Footer wordmark text is white with light-blue supporting text for clear contrast.
• The icon keeps the teal, blue, and gold brand accents while increasing brightness for dark-background use.
• The footer logo is slightly larger on desktop and mobile.
• The public header continues using the dark-on-light Funding Command logo.
• The institutional footer remains transparent with no white box or background card.

Funding Command checks for newer versions while the app is open. When an update is available, you can refresh without losing saved work.
