You can request deletion from inside Funding Command.

Sign in, open Workspace settings → Account & billing, and choose Request account deletion. The request covers your login account and associated personal data that Human First Automations is not legally required to retain.

Shared organization information

Funding Command is designed for organizations and teams. Records that belong to a shared organization may need to remain available to that organization even after an individual user account is deleted. HFA verifies ownership before completing a request so another organization’s records are not destroyed by mistake.

What happens next

You can cancel a pending request from the same Account screen. Once processing begins, HFA completes the account deletion and records only the minimum audit or retention information required for security, billing, legal, or regulatory obligations.
